After
having felt very disappointed about what Chanel predict for my closet next fall
and winter, I must say I like the predicting of the look for my nails much better.
Chanel
Frenzy is the name of a grayish nail polish that Chanel will release this fall.
Do you like it?
Before we
can get a real life look at the frenzy the spring brings of 3 summer colors,
April, May and June. I can already taste the cool white wine enjoyed in the sun
;-)
I wrote on
the facebook page about the Chanel Show and I was like a little kid in a candy
store when I, with a nice cup of coffee, sat down to have a look at the new
Chanel wonders. I flipped through the
pictures and must say that at the very first glance I felt a little down. It was
all black, black, and black. I got a closer look and found other colors, but still
all very dark. The many layers made the darkness even heavier and I must say I
was disappointed by one of my all time favorite brands.
However I am sure
Chanel will maintain the status as fashion mega brand and I still have lots of
Chanel on my wish list. It is the type of wish list that may take a life time
to see done, but it will be worth the wait.
A few weeks ago I was at the Giorgio Armani show during Milan Fashion Week. My lovely little camera was not able to capture the styles on the runway, but luckily about a million professional photographers were there for just that, so I will show you a mix of my photos (don't worry it will only be a few!) and some made available in cyberspace.
Mr. Armani showed very bright colors in orange and pink combined with black and grey. I liked the city shorts and men's-like (flat!!) shoes.
It is time for another H&M mania. This time Italian design house Marni have made the collection that will be on sale in selected stores world-wide on March the 8th.
